Lauren holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is available for weekday sessions.
Dominique is a Licensed Master Social Worker currently practicing in an inpatient medical setting in the Bronx, where she serves an underserved population navigating complex challenges such as addiction, homelessness, violence, and poverty. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, offering individual therapy to clients of all ages. Dominique draws on mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Guided by the principles of person-centered therapy, she emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and the belief that every individual can access their strengths and create meaningful change.
Britta is dedicated to helping others navigate growth, transitions, and identity as an HR leader, consultant, and psychotherapist. Drawing from her multicultural upbringing, over 20 years of HR experience, and a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, she believes our early experiences shape our current lives. Britta's therapeutic approach incorporates EMDR, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and somatic practices to support individuals, couples, and families in their healing journeys. With warmth and curiosity, she collaborates with clients to untangle old patterns, strengthen resilience, and cultivate meaningful relationships, guiding them toward the lives they desire.
